Good thing birds and wild animals never pee or poo in it.

The open reservoirs hold water that's already been treated and goes directly into mains for distribution to customers.
Good thing there are no birds or other wild critters around there./s

Oh, for God’s sake. Liberals are f***ing insane. Do they think fish don’t “eliminate” in water? Or mammals? Or birds?

I wonder how much algae is in that reservoir? I’d be more concerned about the poisons produced by that.
Still it is a really silly move to keep treated water in an open lake.

It's really good that no critter with mange or something hasn't died in that water.
My family built water treatment plants when I was growing up. I have horror stories.
There is a reason that chlorine is one the of the last things added before the water leaves the plant.

preparing to flush millions of gallons of treated water Now wait a minute... they treat it first and then store it in an open reservoir?
Are these people just stupid? Have they never heard of wild animals and all manner of winds blowing crap into their drinking water?

And a man with a bladder infection is probably not out peeing around for giggles.
