Mass-produced products like toys, food and clothing are usually made in factories by huge machines that work with cold, mechanical precision. However, whether a product is made by a machine or a human, theres always plenty of room for (hilarious) error, which is why Ive collected this list of 33 you had one job fails.
Although most of the pictures below present manufacturer fails, some of them show how inattentive or tired workers fail to perform their duties right. Such oversights occasionally have the potential to be dangerous, but other times they just wind up looking funny!

The President’s Choice’ brand is canadian, almost akin to a generic version of brand names just like Kroger in the US. I recognized it as I grocery shopped in Vancouver at the Great canadian Superstore, which is the biggest chain in canada.

I bought a new carburetor preUPS. It was shipped in by Greyhound bus. I opened the box, removed the carburetor shrink wrapped to a piece of cardboard and immediately saw a hole in the body that appeared to have come from the inside out. It was a bad casting.
Whoever assembled the parts to the body and the person who packaged it for shipping could not have missed that hole.
The road striped car looks like it was a punishment for parking where the cones said no parking, much like the stories of fire fighters running the hose through a car parked in front of the hydrant.
Reader's Digest had an anecdote from back in the days when the road crews painted the median stripes by hand(!!). They had signs posted to slow down because of the work and one idiot came roaring through.
Everybody jumped out of the way except for one guy. He took one step away from the car's path and stiffly held out his dripping paintbrush as the car sped by.
