I hate April Fools Day. Some juvenile humor gets laid upon unsuspecting people because someone thinks it’s “funny”. Same goes for practical jokers.

Intentional Inflictions of Emotional Distress is a tortious action. I’m always amazed that the Jack-ass style shows don’t get sued constantly. It is their express intent to cause that emotional distress, for the amusement of others (and their own profit).
