Everything with Kawasaki is fishy. Schuman said he flew full-time for Makani Kai for a year, but FAA records show that if he flew full-time at all this past year - for anybody - it began in June. He doesn’t appear as a Makani Kai pilot - even in the staff page that was put online about a week before this crash. His LinkedIn page has 2 different places he’s supposedly working full-time.
The guy is a mystery, and the information surrounding him is all screwy. It appears that he was in the military at some point. He’s got very few hours on the Cessna 208B.
All the records - about everything in this story - are contradictory. It’s absolutely crazy. And I’m talking official reports at this point.
As to the fogblowers and the foolish, bearing false witness and calumny is NOT a good plan for the future.

Or, they could listen to Glenn Beck describe his father's last words, when he looked up to the corner of the ceiling and said (IIRC):
"Okay.
I understand.
Yes, I'm ready.
Take me with you."
This is very similar to another first hand account a friend told me about his Father in law, who despite his long care for Alzheimer's and dementia, became very lucid and cogent and happily told family one afternoon (IIRC) that the angels had come to see him and told him to prepare, because tomorrow morning Jesus was coming for him.
The next morning he died.
