Take confort! The movie “Heaven Is For Real” is coming out next month, based on the best-selling book.
Wow! This is interesting, the “Noah” movie is placed at #1! Boy I am surprised.
Just heard that info on my radio local news report.
If people want a REAL GOOD BOOK on “Heaven” you definitely gotta get this one. It’s well researched from a strictly Biblical viewpoint and you can’t go wrong with it!

Amen, sir! Anything that currently comes out of that moral cesspool known as Hollywood is suspect to me. And, I, too, quit watching their crap some 12 years ago.
There was a Christian movie reviewer whose review included a description of the film, regularly using the line “I am not kidding” for things like the snake skin passed down to represent power, rock covered angels and the young woman getting horny when no longer barren.
I switched from wanting to take the kids to saying “no way in heck”.
.... I think the old “Rule of Thumb” applies here .... Just as it does in most movies ...... The Book was better than the Film.
This is one topic on the local talk radio this morning. Most who went to see it are giving a B+ to D. I haven’t been to a movie in years either. Holly weird would be broke if everyone spent as little as I have on movies in the past 30 years.
There will be an amazing drop off this weekend, which will be blamed on Captain America, not bad word of mouth.
I don’t know about that ... it sorta sounds like the book was worse than the film!
Quoting from the above article ...
The producers tried to keep these details secret from the faith-based public in order to not have a backlash from negative reviews that would affect the all important opening weekend box office. I learned about some of these details last year from a French graphic novel (which I was shown in Germany) upon which the films script was based. As far as I know this was not translated or released to the English-speaking market, presumably to prevent these fictional elements from getting out to the faith-based American audience.
Amen to the Book was better than the movie.
Thank-you and God Bless.
I usually like to watch Russell Crowe movies but this one I wont be seeing...
Even if I can get it on YouTube...
It doesn’t sound like Randall Price agrees with you. He says that the book was not translated and hidden from the public. It actually sounds worse to me.

Just stick to the story...
theres plenty there for a 2 hour movie...
and its interesting...and believable..
The libs are trying to turn the Bible into a book of fiction, fairy tales, and superstition about “sky gods” (as they refer to them) and the part of the public who has never read the Bible or been to church will naively believe this to be the truth unless we rise up in large numbers and denounce the fabrications as lies and tell them the real truth. I would suggest boycotting the film maker, future films made by the director, the actors who are admittedly athiest and enjoyed making the “deception” with the intent of deceiving the public, and other associated entities involved in the process. They will get the message that we aware of what their purpose is in putting out such garbage:
A list of the cast, director, film makers, and other entities involved in making the film:

I read that and got a kick out of it every time he said, “I am not kidding”.
