We are living the easiest existence ever experienced by the human animal...and listen to us bitch.
I don’t have an iPhone, so I didn’t pay much attention, but Rush spent a long time last week or the week before explaining the go-around for the battery drain. It’s on his website with pictures.
The main thing I hate about iOS 7 is its "Droid like" UI. I really liked the older iOS interface.
I've pretty much put down my iPad Mini and gone back to using my original iPad. Stuck at iOS 5.3, but it's jailbroken and does everything I want it to do.
I pretty much feel Apple screwed the pooch on iOS 7 (gee, like MS did with Windows 8) and my iPad mini is for all intents and purposes, "a brick."
My very large fingers are just too big for iOS 7. I just got too sick and tired of "pressing the wrong thing" and having to carry around a stylus.
Dammit Apple, if I had wanted a Droid I'd have bought one. Oh yeah I DO own a Droid. A Google Nexus 7. Even Google was smart enough to know that "underlined text links" suck and largely doesn't use them anymore. Apple? MEH.
Anyone in the market for an iPad Mini 64gb WiFi model contact me via Freepmail.
I have no complaints, but damned if I can figure out how to transfer my play list on my laptop to my iphone.
Just hit it with a hammer and free yourself.
Following to see if it’s possible, can’t stand the 7 either.
You must be doing it wrong, I suggest that on Monday you call their spokes person, his name is Rush Limbaugh and he can tell you all you ever wanted to know and a boatload more about Apple products. Oh that is is if you can catch him between Tea and Book monologues.
If it’s draining your battery, it’s probably because it turned Wifi or Bluetooth or GPS on without your knowing. Try checking them and turning them off if they are on.
I read somewhere that you cannot revert.
Bummer, right?
The best way is to buy a Samsung.
I have had a few calls at work (Help Desk) from people who recently upgraded only to lose their contacts amongst others complaints.
I agree that the flat look is not as good looking as the one with drop shadows. Apple should include both options.
Just yesterday someone I know had a new Apple 5S and clicked on an audio file from their email. They tried stopping the audio player by hitting the pause button as that’s how you’re supposed to stop it and it wouldn’t stop. Basically it was frozen so my first instinct is to instruct them to remove the battery as that’s what I would do with my Galaxy S2, and then I remembered Apple STILL doesn’t offer removable batteries for their iPhones, and the sheep never learn.
