Madisonville, LA - Col. Rob Maness (USAF, ret.), the conservative candidate running against Mary Landrieu for the United States Senate, today blasted Sen. Mary Landrieu's support of anti-energy bureaucrat Rhea Suh for a high profile position in the Obama Administration, saying it is conclusive proof that Mary Landrieu will use her new leadership role to destroy jobs and advance Obama's agenda and his favorite Washington bureaucrats, killing jobs and reducing opportunities for people to provide for themselves and their families.
"Rhea Suh is being promoted by the most anti-energy Administration we've ever had specifically because she has been instrumental in pushing anti-energy policies since 2009," Maness said. "Sen. Landrieu is blind to the implications of this appointment for the Louisiana economy and Louisiana jobs."
Maness said Landrieu's excuse that Suh would not be overseeing energy production but only overseeing fish, wildlife, and parks both conveys a shocking lack of understanding that regulators can stop or prohibit gas and oil production because of fish, wildlife, and parks. It also ignores the harm Suh could do to our fishing industry and hunting.

Landrieu needs to go. Louisiana’s citizens need to elect Maness and tell Mary to go to Hell.
That’s our plan
