I have a question. The sound on this movie is so low I have to strain to hear it. This is true for some other videos too, but certainly not all. The sound on my computer is set to the top and I pushed the sound up on the movie as far as it would go. Is there something else I can do to make the sound louder? And, my hearing is fine so its not me. :o)What is your source for the movie? Are you streaming it? Is it from one of those cheap public domain DVDs? For a long time, this film was shown in crappy public domain prints with poor sound. It doesn't help that it's a fairly early talkie. The recent Criterion release on DVD and Blu-ray has very good sound.
