Blind woman suing nudist community that told her to get rid of service dog
In 2011, a medical condition caused Lutz, Florida woman Sharon Fowler to lose her vision. Legally blind, she had to acquire a service dog, named Laura. Ms. Fowler and her husband, Craig, moved into the Paradise Lakes Condominiums complex in 2012 with Laura. However, after they had settled in, Sharongot a letter from the propertys management that was very upsetting, as WTSP 10 News reports.
She was told that because Laura, a black Labrador, was over the 25-pound weight limit, she needed to go. This, despite Ms. Fowler providing Paradise Lakes with the proper documentation that proved Laura was a service dog. Sharon told WTSP that Paradise Lakes also claimed, [Laura] was out of control and needed to be removed off the property, or we would be fined $50 a day.
She did not mislead the community. As the Tampa Bay Times notes, Before Fowler moved into the community, she was required to fill out an application and pass a background check. She disclosed her need for Laura and the dog's weight. Her application was approved.

“If she cant see, whats she doing at a nudist camp?”
Not tossing her cookies.
I recall a letter sent to advice columnist, dear abby. A womans husband was trying to convince his wife to go with him to a nudist colony so that they could ogle the naked people.
I forget what dear abbys advice was to this woman, but later on abby received another letter in response from a woman who had already been through this situation. She said that her husband talked her into going to a nudist colony, thinking he was going to see naked bodies of people who practically had the bodies of supermodels. Instead, all they saw were average looking to downright ugly looking naked bodies of everyday, average people. The first one they saw was the body of an 80 something wrinkled old man jogging along while wearing nothing but sneakers and a baseball cap. After this trip, the woman said that her husband never pestered her again about going back. So, this womans advice to the first letter writer was to go. After the first time, her husband wont bother her to go there again.
While I never wanted to be a lawyer, just to handle this case (translates: collect the FEE!), I would make an exception.
She has numerous grounds for her suit, so many the colony may be renamed after the judgement.
Because these freaks all have a desire to see naked kids. If they made all nudist camps 18+, they’d be empty
And a lovely end it is.
