The fact that she didn’t know the kids were in the bathroom together is a problem. That said, I can’t say she should be fired. Frankly I’m more concerned about the home life of two 5 yr old children who engage in “sex.”
Maybe the board feels that she should have better control of her classroom especially since the restroom was in the classroom.
These were kindergarteners not junior high or older. How did she not notice a boy and girl missing at the same time in her classroom???
I also wonder if she had a teacher’s aide — which they usually do in those classes.

Look what Hollywood does. They take Mickey Mouse club kids, like Brittany spears, or kids like Miley Cyrus and build them up for kids to follow (book bags, clothes, toys....) then they sexualize them. They know exactly what they are doing. They are trying to destroy our kids. They apparently haven't read or don't care what Jesus said about what will happen to those who cause kids to sin. Millstone would be better than what God has planned for these people.
I am not getting why this is even an issue, teachers unions/liberals have been pushing graphic sex ed for years, they just got what they taught.
This is rich - the whole system is working feverishly to expose younger and younger children to various forms of sex and perversion, and when they act something out (maybe they heard it from the Grade 4 kids on the playground after one of their enriching lessons, complete with the picture book!) they’re all in shock and are suddenly for the protection of innocence.

In this day and time, it's not surprising the little kids would say they were having sex - they are told about sex at that young age now in school, so why not have sex ‘cause everybody does it, right? They wouldn't see anything wrong with what they were doing. I don't know about the rest of you, but I was playing with dolls at that age and had no idea about sex. Actually, I'm surprised it wasn't two males or two girls since they are taught about two mommies and two daddies and how fine that is. s/
Because it was a boy and girl. Boy-boy and girl-girl are ok and need to be emphasized even at 5-6 years old.
This event happened on September 30 and they are just now finding a resolution?
This will be in court before all is said and done.

There was a teacher-student sex article published in the UK Daily Mail in which the teacher wrote a letter of apology to the student’s mother. In the brief note, I noticed “engaged in with” and used the word “crossed” twice in the same sentence. How did she get hired with such grammar?
