Actually I think she does care. She goes out of her way to do the most ostentatious things to irritate the serfs and royalty alike.
Why else would she wear a sweater to meet with the Queen of England, wear the loudest, craziest outfits, and take expensive vacations. It's a poke in the eye to all the tax payers and those she wants to irritate.
When I lived in Seattle during the late 90’s we were constantly visited by the Toon, Hildebeast, and the Man bear pig, sucking up to Bill Gates. They tie up traffic for hours, usually during the rush hour evening commute, without any regard to the public inconvenience of time and money...
Probably coming by separate VIP jet.
