I’d say British kids are some of the worst scummiest youth on earth. You’re less likely to get attacked by kids in Pakistan and Somalia than you are by kids in Britain.

The mildest acceptable penalty for attacks like this would be life with no possibility of parole. I’d prefer that these kids find themselves in a George Zimmerman situation. It’s sad to give up on kids, but it’s far sadder to see decent people maimed.
