Coming across a new flavor of Spam is like finding hidden treasure! Will be heard to beat the Hot n Spicy Spam, but I am looking forward to trying it out.

The annual Spam Jam festival was held outside my hotel as I was on a business trip in Oahu last year. And why not? Hawaii is the U.S. state with the highest per capita consumption of Spam.
Useless factoid alert.

Pour a brown sugar/mustard (dijon or hot) glaze, insert cloves, bake.
Don’t tell the kids, they will think they are eating ham.
I had told my daughter about it and she said she would never eat it. I told her that she had eaten it many times.
She decided to try it and her kids liked it....
Just use the old theory “Use enough hot sauce and if you are hungry enough, you can choke down ‘horse apples’.”

    Garlic Spam?
You live alone, don’t you? At least for the sake of anyone near you - I hope you do.

I remember when we first married 43yrs ago, we lived off of spam, peanut butter, oatmeal and rice about the last 12 days of the month, back then that stuff was cheap, cheap, cheap.
Except for rice I rarely eat that stuff anymore, but I gotta say, it looks like those days may be coming back, that’s ok in hindsight they were none the less very good times.
