Okay, I need to know this BEFORE I give my husband his tablet for...all the gifts for the next year. Purchased a tablet for him because he will be spending time with his dad who is in a care center/home bound about an hour from our house. Only internet access for him will be at the care center and husband needs something to bide his time.
How does a guy transport a tablet from place to place? I have a purse, obviously transport is NOT an issue. What sort of bag, luggage, case, does a guy use and not look like sissified? I KNOW the issue will come up as he's all about not looking like a metrosexual. LOL
Help...
I apologize. I should not have been so harsh. For myself, the time I had with my father towards the end was precious. I cannot imagine spending even a moment not listening to him talk about my mother or his memories of life. And when he did sleep, I prayed over him. The man and woman who give you life and raise you and love you deserve your honor. It’s a sore point because I have witnessed ingrates who treat parental visits as though they are some burden.
Also great for CCW.
Please accept my apologies.
My old Kobo lives in a ziplock bag with a cardboard screen protector.
He can take notes for things like To Do lists, things about Dad, etc. and keep the tablet in the portfolio pocket.
As you’re asking...
I use a green plastic shopping bag. The cheap kind shops give you if you haven’t got a bag with you.
But I do excel in the art of scruffy.
He's a selfish ingrate because he doesn't stare at the walls while his father is sleeping?
You need help....and a lesson in decent manners.
A black messenger bag.
I use the Pelican brand laptop and notebook cases professionally. They’re not bullet-proof ... OTOH, they’re very FedEx resistant, drop on hard ground from a vehicle resistant, drop heavy equipment on them resistant ...
Excellent tool/case for an I Pad. One of our sons has one of these. If he uses his bike (rides 10k a year), he drops the case and I Pad into one of his Brooks Saddle Bags.
If he uses his SUV, he puts the case with his I Pad on the front floor, passenger side.
Out in the field, and I mean real fields with dirt, dust, mud, rain and other nasty factors, these cases do their job.
Besides keeping his I Pad, I Phone, wallet, keys safe, he can have his favorite pistol under the I Pad to keep him safe.
I just wish i’d found one for my kndle fire before I dropped my mosin-nagant 91-30 on it...

Ouch. Score: MN 1, Kindle 0 ...
It better be, for what it costs.
“Well, instead of dicking around on facebook he could actually pay attention to his father.”
You’ve never done this before, have you?
Pretty much. I had to replace the “gorilla glass”. Fortunately I didn’t crack the motherboard or it would’ve been a total loss.
