Now to find out who sells the chickens. We have a Tractor Supply that had some chicks a couple of years ago for sale....but haven’t been there lately.

I think Sam’s Club also sells 18-packs of chicken seeds in the dairy section near the butter. LOL

Live chicken (chick) sales are seasonal. Usually once or twice a year, in the spring, at a local feed mill. You can order ahead.

You can get day old chicks shipped to your house. Keep under lights for about 4 weeks depending on your weather. 22-26 weeks later pick up eggs. I have 40. Most are older and laying less but they were my first batch. I will give them the good life until summer then I will practice the other use for them.
