Yes, a full freezer and a full pantry has helped many over rough spots. My concern is this author, who says a stand alone freezer will keep frozen after the fridge freezer.

Glad you cleared that up, I’m thinking about getting a couple and now I know which ones to get. Wow, that could have been a bummer, I definitely want the ones that lay chocolate eggs.

Can you tell, its a very slow day here, limbs are breaking off trees and it doesn’t look too up beat for about a week or so, rain, ice and snow.

Sure just make sure the roosters go into the fryer before they become alarm clocks.

It helps if you've got a fenced yard.

Put a lock on the coop too.
