Emotionally scared and permanently marked by Voldemort Nevil didn't turn out to be The One after all, and kill Voldemort.
Luna and Nevil didn't get together and have a whole bunch of half-a-bubble-off kids.
Harry Potter ping
You mean Harry didn’t become gay?
I actually am not into Harry Potter and not familiar with those names she’s talking about but she can always go the way of “Dallas” and Bobby Ewing’s dream...
The legacy of Harry Potter is: Millions of children have been indoctrinated into the occult. Parents, schools, and libraries have encouraged children to aspire to become witches.
Rowling writes these great books, they are turned into enormously successful movies, and she has second thoughts. George Lucas produces three pieces of complete garbage, ruining the blockbuster franchise he started, and he seems to be fine with it. Strange world.
Right on Stars & Stripes Forever! Ultimately all you mentioned will be held accountable.
Matthew 18:6
But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
I know, I know! If I had a dollar for every time I expected a pumpkin to turn into a coach . . . Oh wait! IT’S FICTION FROM THE FANTASY GENRE!
Anybody that read the HP series and thought they were learning occult is a moron. It’s got nothing to do with occult, and the persistence with which narrow minded ill informed jackasses insist it is is one of the more depressing things about the world today. Rent a clue, they’re pretty cheap.
And both of them got to marry into a big wizarding family, instead of being alone without family.
If she was a great writer Nevil killing Voldemort would have been her Eowyn kill the Witch King moment. HP is fun, but it’s way too paint by numbers for that twist.
LOL.
If some people had their way, they’d reinstate the death penalty for their flavour of apostasy.
The recourse is to allow these fools to wallow in their own madness. It’ll eventually consume them.
In the Harry Potter stories a person is born with or without magic. It can’t be gained.
What about The Lord of the Rings? Might that cause someone to turn to witchcraft? Granted, Rowling might not be a Christian but I don’t think anyone could easily be mislead by the series. On a positive note, she used the word “Christmas” in her books where the PC crowd tries to replace it with “Solstice” or “Winter Holiday.”
Exactly, truth to tell the “magic” in Harry Potter is a mutant power, you could rewrite the entire series as an X-Man story by doing a search and replace on less than 100 words.
It’s always the case with the accusing “Christian” (real Christians don’t spend that much time finger pointing) though, they pick something they clearly know nothing about, do 10 minutes of bad research, then make up a bunch of crap from there. That’s how they decided heavy metal was evil, Dungeons and Dragons, HP. They’re a sad bunch.
We’re all responsible for our own selves and no book or movie can change that.
-—Strange world.
Nah, it’s a gender thing
Women can, and frequently do, change their minds
Men are, shall we say, less changeable...
Whose name is in the title? The Witch King isn’t the Big Bad of Lord of hue he Rings. Nevilles moment to shine was the snake.
Would you considers C.S. Lewis novels as indoctrination in the Occult? Plenty of witches, wizards, and all things fantasy in there.
