Thanks for the tip about the Lowe’s soil. Sorry about your cold. So far, I have just had a ting of sore throat and a few day’s of feeling blah-no full fledged respiratory issues.
It’s amazing, because I used to get sick as a dog with each new round of flu, cold whatever, and frequent bouts of Bronchitis. I started taking Vitamin D3 supplements, and eating more fruits and veggies, and have not had a serious cold or flu since then.
Hope yours clears up quick. I *never* get sick, so I’m a big baby when I do. (thinking “I’m going to die” LOL). DH had it & thought it was allergies. Only about 4 days, but a couple of those were pretty water logged & a little sore throat for about 24 hours. No meds but a box & a half of Kleenex. It coulda been sooo much worse.

Two years ago, doc checked my Vit. D3 and I was at the bottom. He put me on 2000 units Vit. D3 a day and I have been out of it for weeks, kept forgetting it. That is one thing I remembered to get at Walgreens. It happened to be on sale, get one bottle at regular price and another at half price and I did that so I now have a total of 600 gelcaps. Won’t have to think about that for a long time.
