I’ll bet most of the “children” are gang members, but many are victims of domestic violence.
stats say it’s mostly black males..children are considered 19 and under

the stats don’t make sense...if 7391 were due to firearm related injuries. (and I am assuming) 270 were suicides and 4559 were due to assaults, what were the other 2522, pain in the ass innocent bystanders ?

I would be willing to bet that most of these "children" they are talking about are gang bangers under the age of 18.
Didn’t bother reading it but I’ll guess if you dig into their methods - if they have the courage to report them - you’ll find something interesting. In order to get the “children” numbers up almost all of these kinds of “research reports” include so called children up to and including 24 year olds. That way they can get the gang banger deaths and injuries. Without them, I think buckets and backyard pools are more dangerous for kids.
Are they talking about kids playing with toy guns that were shot by easily panicked police?
