You are correct and I apologize for misinterpreting your post. I somehow missed Snake Eater’s post about Kaepernick. My fault.

Thank you. Loved the emotion he showed...gave a real glimpse into the intensity the actually occurs during the game, not the phony baloney “the other team is full of incredible talent” BS they talk before and after.

What’s with Crabtree with the hand on his hip, looks more like he’s doing the “French Mistake.”

You can’t touch a sliding sissy quarterback and you can not trash-talk or taunt because it’s just mean & hurts feelings. hehe

Wilson is a humble guy. If the 49ers had won, thug-wannabe Kaepernick likely would’ve had a similar interview. I’m so glad the Seahawks won.

Since you seem to know for certain what Kaepernick would have done, please post a link to anything similar that he has ever done. Did he behave in that manner (or anything close to it) after last year's NFC Conference win?

I have much less of a problem with his interview than I do with his on-field actions and even more of a problem with Seahawks’ fans pelting NaVorro Bowman with food as he was being carried from the field and the Seahawks’ coach being a 9/11 Truther and a cheater while he was in he college ranks.

"I'm the best corner in the game! When you try me with a sorry receiver like Crabtree... that's the result you're going to get. Don't you ever talk about me. Don't you open your mouth about the best, or I'll shut it for you real quick!"

Bad Sherman... bad Sherman!

Sorry about my boy, Sherman... He is not quiet housebroken yet.

You just cannot take him... anywhere--

So showing respect and being a gracious winner are alien concepts to you.

It’s funny reading folks pining for the good old days of pro football. You’re looking at the past with rose colored glasses. Guys like Butkus, Dobler, and Lambert weren’t out there sweet talking the opposition. Pro football has always been a sort of gladiatorial sport. The only difference between then and now is that back then there wasn’t a camera in every player’s face all the time. I can only imagine the stuff that would have come out of Art Donovan’s mouth being interviewed by a sports babe on the sidelines.

It’s grown men playing a kid’s game for God’s sake. I can’t believe the sheer number of people getting wound up about sports theater. This is the NFL, not cricket. I’m sure the Broncos are loaded with Emily Post graduates. If only people would get this angry about the ‘polite’ and ‘civil’ damage being done to our country by elected officials vs a player who has no impact on their personal lives maybe we could start to turn things around.

As for my fan’s eye view, the Broncos are a mercenary team with a dandy pretty boy as executive VP. I never cared for the way he treated Tebow after he buoyed his mediocre team. I’ll be rooting for the relatively low paid, by NFL standards, Cinderella team whose core was pieced together from third round and higher draft picks two to three years ago. If they lose and some Bronco player talks doo-doo about a Seahawk player you won’t find me whining and crying about it. Those that were made instant Bronco fans by the interview last night should follow a more tame game like croquet or just get a life in general. Go Hawks!

Having lived most of my life in the PNW, I seriously Seattle Fan has become the NFL version of Duck Fan. The only explanation is low self esteem stemming from having never won the big one.

I was making a comment I believe in.... In my opinion he is the perfect example , product of the ALL BLACK DEMOCRAT church.

OK to be fair, Catholic Democrats as well as Liberal democrat non christian churches, are also responsible for the same product they produce.

Just that the Black Church had a Christian heritage, that it now tramples on, I am just offering my opinion....this in my opinion is one of the reasons so many black folks are in prison. there is a reason.

When they turn their back on God as a group, for the Democrat party, its pretty telling

Not including the millions of wonderful Black Christians that left the plantation. Clearly # 25 has not left the plantation.

I stand by what I said

Did I give him a pass? I think they were both at it all game, but I didn’t watch the whole game so I reserve judgment. I’m just commenting on the video that is posted.

Neither Sherman nor Crabtree are angels. It goes back to more than just the one game. Bad blood between the two. It's possible Crabtree may have started it all in the off-season at a charity event. I was only commenting on the interview, nothing more.

I don't follow either team (I'm in Florida) so I'm not as up-to-speed as those team's hyper-fanatics are. I just think his "interview" makes him, the Seahawks and the NFL look second-rate.

Richard Sherman? That name... is familiar!

Yes, there was a Richard Sherman in the 1955 film Seven Year Itch... with Marilyn Monroe, wasn't there?

And a Seahawk football player... also named Richard Sherman?

Gadzooks, that could cause a lot of confusion.. couldn't it?

"I'm the best corner in the game! When you try me with a sorry receiver like Crabtree... that's the result you're going to get. Don't you ever talk about me. Don't you open your mouth about the best, or I'll shut it for you real quick!"

"You know why, because now I'm going to kiss you... very quick and very hard."

Yeah, those two Richard Shermans are like two peas in the same pod... and could cause a lot of confusion!

Lol, the patter they give is all nice and wonderful, but professional football played on the field is nasty, dirty, and competitive. Players dislike each other, hold grudges, cheap shot, and scream at each other.

That’s the part of the game we got to see here. Not the kumbaya version.
