Justin Bieber's rapper pal Lil Za has accused reporters of racial discrimination by exaggerating his drug possession arrest to make him "look bad".
The 19 year old was taken into custody on Tuesday following a police raid on Bieber's Calabasas, California mansion in connection to an alleged neighbourhood vandalism incident.
Cops claim to have discovered illegal substances in "plain view" during the property search and arrested Lil Za on suspicion of felony drug possession.
The white powder allegedly found was determined to be MDMA, a form of ecstasy frequently referred to as molly, but the teenager, real name Xavier Smith, was stunned after reading early rumours suggesting he had been caught with cocaine.
He took to his Twitter.com blog early on Thursday, two days after his release from jail, to address the widespread coverage of his legal woes, insisting members of the press were depicting him as a bad influence on pop idol Bieber.
In a series of posts, he wrote, "Honestly, the media is making me someone I'm not. But only those in my shoes can relate... These ppl (people) get paid to make you look bad.
"Some stuff I've done has been wrong yes. but look at the position I'm in and the color of my skin. Cocaine? Really? All this time I was home in tx (Texas) nobody gave a f---- about what Za is doing... soon as he gets to La (Los Angeles) he's all over the news (sic)."
Lil Za found himself under arrest for a second time on Tuesday after allegedly vandalising a prison phone as he was about to post bail for the drug count.
He referrers to himself in the third person, like "jimmy" from Seinfeld.
lets buy him a hoodie and some purple drank wiff a side of skittles
Did you ever think that maybe the Black kid copped to it in order to save his meal ticket?

Too bad the violated neighbor didn’t surprise them both and cap both of them.
Maybe Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Black Panthers, and other Black KKK groups will march for Lil Za, go lynch a few honkys, to make all feel better
Articulate young man, isn’t he? So am I to understand that his biggest complaint is that it was assumed that he had cocaine when it was another illegal stimulant that he had instead?
I’m waiting for Lil Za to say that the eggs were his as well.
He needs to fall hard for the Beebs and then find himself dumped by him.
LOL!!!!!!
The cops got a warrant for Bieber’s house. Seems they targeted him. Did they even know this Lil Za character would be there? Or that they’d find the Ecstasy drugs?
Why is It always “Lil” something or other when they are up and coming rap artist, turning their creepy little lives around good boys, playing in Lil Bieber’s pants, or where ever? Just wondering.
Finding drugs in his possession just upped Lil Za’s street cred in the thug world.
What’s that old expression about any publicity being GOOD publicity?
And yes, Beiber is paying major taxes in California — as are all of us productive citizens who live here.
I’m old skool, I prefer Pete Za.
He'll have to linger another 8 years before he is eligible for the 27 club.
Not ecstasy. That's the cosmo of drugs, favored by white college girls and homos. He should've let people continue thinking it was cocaine.
This makes me suspect the drugs weren't really his at all.
OK— Thanks. I thought they’d found crack in the house, LOL.
Someone who was analyzing Beiber’s appearance (maybe here) said he looked like a “chronic” crack smoker - - gaunt, yellow skin, glazed, dead eyes, crazy behavior, disheveled appearance.
I live near Calabasas area and have heard what this *** has been doing in the ‘hood’ - loud parties, flipping off neighbors, driving through the streets at high speed.
He won't make it to the 27 club. It won't be drugs either. Bieber will get one final lesson in Newtonian physics behind the wheel of his Ferrari. That's just way too much car for such a little boy.
