It took years for Watergate to unravel fully. The controversy over Barack Hussein Obama and his past, along with fraudulent documents continues to make headlines. Yet, the items needed to actually verify who Obama is continue to be kept from the public eye. Well, that all may be about to change. Attorney Orly Taitz may have just found a chink in the federal governments armor in protecting Barack Obama from scrutiny, following a judges ruling over her Freedom of Information Act request from the Social Security Administration.

....”Heres an important question: What are you or anyone else going to do about it?”....
Obviously anything we attempt does nothing but give our politicians press face time and is as far as it goes.
Those with enough power who could DO something don’t want to...and that’s where we are!
I do think that’s how his followers see him....they live in fairy tale land anyway, so it’s a true reflection IMO....
Judge Hollander ordered no such thing. The author makes the boneheaded mistake of relying on Orly's press release rather than reading the actual order.
After Orly filed her amended complaint, the SSA replied to her FOIA request, stating it could locate no responsive records relating to the "042" SS# and a person named "Bounel" born in 1890. Normally, in a FOIA case, such a reply makes the underlying case moot. But Taitz resisted the SSA's Motion for Summary Judgment in the case, complaining that the SSA did no do an adequate search. Judge Hollander told Taitz, in effect, "you can't raise that issue in your motion papers; you can only do it in your pleadings (i.e., by amending your Complaint).
So the Judge is allowing Orly the chance to claim the SSA performed an inadequate search. No doubt the SSA will respond with a renewed Motion for Summary Judgment, this time including a more detailed affidavit of its search methodology. Taitz will object, but she will have no basis upon which to challenge the search.
The case will then be tossed out (again).
But there is no order involving some "investigation" of the SSA records involving Obama.
Those with enough power who could DO something dont want to...and thats where we are!It is disheartening at times, but things are looking up. The next election cycle may be a bit of a help!
I’m a realist pretty much, so after these past couple elections I get the drift that it’s likely already in the bag who wins the Presidency...
On the other hand the primaries are another story. But even then by the time we get there with our guys they’ll be a host of picking up to do to say it lightly...and that will surely be opposed.
My guess is Taitz will miss the deadline. She always has a way to screw things up. That said, at least she is trying. Meanwhile this will be played out for a few years until it is totally irrelevant.
Sheriff Joe had a big announcement planned last year. It was cancelled with no mention of any type. Now people are posting he has another announcement planned for March 2014. No going to happen.
As to the CCP, one may notice Arpaio has been largely absent from the scene since before the 2012 election. That an Internet radio preacher has become more of a spokesperson for the CCP "investigation" than Arpaio should be enough to signal that something is seriously amiss about the whole endeavor.
I was just pointing out that I, and MANY others do not think that congress would have voted to impeach....the charges were no where near serious enough to justify impeachment
It doesn’t matter what you thought . impeachment is always about politics and at the time the house was more than happy to impeach Nixon.
yes, this seems to be re-reported from December news events.
Taitz was supposed to have amended by now, and awaiting
further developments from the judge.
WIKI-short and pertinent bio of Judge Ellen Lipton Hollander:
In April 2009, Hollander wrote to Senators Barbara Mikulski and Benjamin Cardin expressing interest in her nomination to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland with respect to an anticipated vacancy. In June 2009, she submitted a written application to the merit selection committee composed of members of the Maryland Bar Association. She interviewed with the committee and became one of the persons on the short list of candidates submitted to the Senators. She was recommended by Cardin and Mikulski to President Barack Obama in December 2009.[1]
Hollander was formally nominated on April 21, 2010,...
