Where’s the fun in that?
LOL, Target practice is one of my favorite joys.

This should make qualifying at the rifle range while in the military a bit easier.
I had a good laugh when someone was telling me they allow Marines to qualify with an ACOG sight. I don’t know if that is true or not, but it would not surprise me.

Sounds pretty good, I wonder though, what happens when the battery runs down or how well does that battery discharge in cold weather?
Picture of a Chevy Volt keeps flashing through my mind.

From an environmental standpoint, think of all the lead you will keep from getting all over the place!

Now there's a gun that let's you shoot. Amazing.
That's actually the article's title.
Translation:
"Now there is a gun that let us you shoot."

I wonder if this is their own technology or if they are working off the tracking technology developed elsewhere, such as eye trackers used in refractive surgery.

(Zombie Hunter)
This system gives the user environmental feedback like temperature, compass direction, wind speed, and other sensor data.
However, it appears that the active part of this system is no more than an interlock that prevents the round from firing until the gun is aimed correctly. I, for one, would not want that feature.

The gun is cheap! It’s the ammo cost that will kill you! Just like printers! lol

This might even things up a bit with Ubama’s “civilian army that is as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded” as the US military.

Challenge accepted. I’ve had some bad days on the range where I just can’t seem to hit anything I aim at. On one of those days, ha, I could make your 10K rifle miss. ;-)
