So onn Monday the Doctor who earlier said she was doing good says she is not doing well.
So is she doing good or not? They also have the Doctor’s name listed as Dolan then it is listed as Nolan who knows what the heck is going on.

Sounds like the parents were right to ignore the hospitals doctors.

I’ve been told by a doctor the earlier surgery wasn’t advisable for someone with her weight and probable sleep apnea...Hospital needs to get ready to start writing big checks to the parents cause they’re gonna get sued for medical malpractice.

The problem is that declaring someone brain dead is actually a subjective call. And, when the possibility of harvesting a person's organs is in play it makes the decision suspect.

I haven't really followed this case much, but when the person in question can respond in any way, by blinking on command or attempting to smile, the person is not "brain dead."

Nobody posting here knows the actual facts of this case, because none of us have access to the data.

That having been said, IF she is not in fact brain dead, there's going to be hell to pay over her care up to now.

If she is in fact brain dead (which seems likely, but not proven in a public forum), then the lawyers and advocates pushing for ventilation of a dead body should be ashamed of themselves.
