Tim Tebow Reveals Insane Workout Regimen in Pursuit of NFL Dream

Former NFL quarterback Trent Dilfer, who starred at Fresno State and won a Super Bowl with the Baltimore Ravens, said Tim Tebow was one of the best quarterbacks in college football without even knowing how to throw a football properly.

Now, according to Dilfer, Tebow can throw the football like an NFL quarterback and deserves a shot on an NFL roster. He predicted that Tebow would eventually make an NFL roster again.

In a segment for ESPN, Dilfer said that Tebow wanted Dilfer to give him an objective evaluation. Dilfer went to USC's campus and profiled Tebow's intense devotion to bettering himself as a quarterback. Tebow spent 10 hours a day for six days a week training. And he did that for five months to make himself a better quarterback.

I enjoyed his book.
He’s a fine young man.
Got a broadcasting job now and hopefully he follows his Dad’s path into ministry.
He would be a force for good.

PLEASE BENGALS, give Tebow a chance. Unlike 0-3 Andy Dalton, Tim Tebow has actually won a post-season game in the NFL as a starting QB.

Have a shootout between Tony Romo and Tim Tebow. Give the winner the starter spot.

Dilfer was in the NFL 1994-2007 as a QB. He might know something.

You could almost fill a roster with Heisman winning QBs who never cut it in the NFL. No matter what your view of Tim, this is obviously the one guy who has truly busted it to try and re-make himself. I dunno if it will ultimately work, but ... wow - we should all take a lesson.

Nothing against Tebow, but consider the source.

I believe I could throw a football better than Trent Dilfer.

yeah, but he was an awful quarterback for most of those years. lifetime QBR of 70, very mediocre, more career INT’s than TD’s, only 55% passing percentage. Yes, won a super bowl but only because he was on a team that may have had the greatest defense of all time, or at least a top 3 all time defense.

Seems like a helluva nice guy, dont get me wrong, but if I’m looking for judges of QB potential, not sure Trent Dilfer is the guy I’m going to listen to.

On the other hand, 3 organizations including 2 that I’d consider quite competent (sorry Jets), have passed on Tebow, including one that is run by a HOF quarterback, and one that is run by a sure thing HOF coach.

Have a shootout between Tony Romo and Tim Tebow.

They've both won the same number of playoff games.

You don’t stay in the NFL for that long if you are “very mediocre”.

Tebow’s value is more as a team leader. Even as a backup to Chris Leak, he still played a major role in Florida winning a title that year.

Can he find a team that would allow him to be that kind of a leader? I don’t know.

It won’t be for lack of effort on his part.

I think the biggest thing against him is the public perception of him. Mostly undeserved, IMO.

He had a chance to take a leadership role in Denver, before Elway undercut him.

I thought Jacksonville would have been a perfect fit for him.

Nice video, nice kid. Tebow’s big, he’s strong and he’s a national champion. He’s got drive, motivation, and the ability to improve his skills.........He’s going to make it, I’ll put my money on it.

Ya but if Tebow wins he can count on Dallas's stupid a$$ General Manager signing him to a huge multi-year/ Multi-million dollar contract and then surrounding him with an average line and temperamental receivers that can't run routes.
