I am concluding that Glenn Beck has either lost his mind, or is slowly becoming a leftist. Today on his site are two rather disturbing videos. The first in which he continues his crusade to support GLAAD, comparing Russia's law protecting minors from homosexual propaganda to the Holocaust, and blowing up incendiary comments made by a Russian actor for no apparent reason other than to help push the narrative of permanent victimhood that the homosexual lobby thrives on. Here, we can be treated to Glenn engaging in left wing obfuscation more likely to be used by Al Sharpton than any conservative. Glenn says GLAAD are a cartoon to him. Well, they arent' a cartoon to the Christians they have maligned and smeared over the years, aiding foul disgusting individuals like Dan Savage. Like the Freedom From Religion Foundation, GLAAD is a cultural terrorist organization. It does not seek to blow buildings up, but to take a sledgehammer to cultural institutions to forward a deranged agenda of warped tolerance. Glenn closes by declaring some of 'us' have lost our humanity. Give 'us' a break. This is a non-story.
But this is not all. Not only has Glenn continued full steam ahead with this empty cry of persecution in Russia, he also has written a heartfelt letter of understanding to none other than MSNBC's resident corn-rowed doofus, Melissa Harris-Perry. You'll recall Melissa has been embroiled in controversy since she and left wing comedians on a panel made some pretty disgusting remarks about the Romney's adopted grandson, who is black. Glenn is asked if its the same as Alec Baldwin's recent firing for his remarks off-set, and he merely brushes it aside saying 'Alec Baldwin is a bad man'.... really? And what exactly makes Melissa a 'good person at heart'? Is it her disgusting remarks about unborn children, or her wish to have people's kids removed from their families as property of the state? Is Martin Bashir a good guy, or a bad guy? I don't know where the hell this came from, but its ridiculous. Perry was exposed on that panel for the wretched demagogue she is, a phony race-baiter, and a sniping untalented stooge with zero moral foundation. If she's fired, good riddance. She's not a good person, she's a left wing statist with Stalinist positions on just about everything.
It's been a long time coming, but it's now quite clear Beck has abandoned conservatives, but he'll no doubt be calling them back just as soon as he has an announcement to announce. And I used to really enjoy his take on things.
Actually: “GLENN: Do you know what happened last week in Russia? One of their biggest stars on television said that homosexuals should be put into the ovens alive. I didn’t think you could make the Holocaust worse but he’s like ‘Why the gas chamber? That seems a little too humane. Let’s put them alive in the ovens.’ I said on the air this week, I will stand with GLAAD. I will stand with anybody who will stand up and say that’s crazy. That’s dangerous. That’s hetero-fascism. That’s what that is. And we’re talking about Duck Dynasty. Really? Really?””
I don’t think Beck ever brought up Putin.
It is wrong. But one does not side with one group of totalitarians to attack another. And until Putin or someone other than Russia’s version of Debbie Wasserman Schultz gets the keys to the ovens, it’s a non issue.

Did he ever really have it to lose it? Glenn’s “show” has grown tired and old.
I saw a headline a few days ago that said "Beck Gets Hour on CNN".

Beck has a gift of verbal fluency when he has something to say but when he has no subject in particular to cover he has this tendency to go into prolonged spells of vocalized pauses (the “ahhs”) that drive me crazy. I just change the dial, can’t stand it.

I do respect Beck for supporting Mike Rowe’s effort to bring back the skilled trades. Beck gave free air time on his radio and TV show for the “Dirty Jobs” host and wrote a 25K check to the scholarship fund.
Did Beck really come out in favor of gay marriage?
Yes. I think that was a year or so ago.

The kumbaya tent meeting in Irving did it for me. What empty rhetoric. His support for counterfeit marriage was only confirmation for me.

Sodomy has NOT been recriminalized by this new law.
Homosexual recruitment of adults ("gay" bars, bath houses, clubs, etc.) has not been banned by this new law.
Effeminate mannerisms haven't been criminalized by this new law.
Again, look into what this new law entails before you bash it.
