American Apparel's clothing range and advertising has come under fire before, but for parents of teens, this feels like a step too far. Parental warning: this article contains a graphic image.

When my youngest daughter was in 2nd or 1st grade, a huge fat colored woman was dropping her kid off for school, waiting in line. The kid had a shirt that said “Porn Star” on it. I kid you not.

I don’t think very many people would actually pay money for that thing.
To: rickmichaels
I wouldn’t even use it for a dust rag. Sick.

American Apparel couldn’t care less if anyone buys or wears that stupid shirt. The point of even offering it for sale is to get people talking about American Apparel. All publicity is good publicity.

Sheesh
If good manners are deemed repressive
And unwritten rules of civilization repulsive
If self-restraint is perceived as slavery
And liberty equals license
Beatings and burkas will be her inheritance.
After all, t-shirt telegraphs that the wearer has no self respect, no dignity, and zero understanding of or respect for boundaries... IOW will only learn lessons the hard way (and likely at everyone else’s expense).

That’s disgusting.
A few years back some women put on a disturbing art show of drawings made using as ink the same thing this shirt depicts.
It was in NYC of course.
