On Paul Preston’s Agenda 21 Radio Dr. Orly Taitz today Orly Taitz expressed her complete joy at being vindicated by the Obama administration when it was reported by FOX News Ed Henry that healthcare.gov could not verify his (Obama’s) identity when they went to sign up the resident foe ObamaCare. See the video below: •From Fox News’ Ed Henry, via GWP:

“We learned today from the White House. Initially, they said he signed up for what they called a bronze plan, paying about four hundred dollars a month in premiums. But, then they came back to us and said – Wait, he didn’t actually enroll. They said his staff did it and that’s because of his unique circumstance as Commander in Chief. That his personal information is not in particular government data bases. So healthcare.gov could not actually verify his identity, oddly enough… So his staff did it.”

If he attended U.S. universities as a foreign student, there would be evidence of him being issued F-1 Student Visas with multiple extensions through Harvard Law School.

They sealed these records from what I can tell so there is NOTHING available about his college days.

Foreign Student Visa data isn’t sealed. It is available under a Freedom of Information Act request. Financial aid information is confidential but it isn’t sealed by a judge. Someone seeking to override the confidentiality of student financial aid information would have to convince a judge that there is a compelling public good in releasing that information.
A congressional subpoena for any record issued by the Chairman of a congressional investigative committee would force the release of any sealed or confidential information. Failure to comply with a congressional subpoena can result in a Contempt of Congress citation, arrest and imprisonment until compliance.

OK - I am trying to follow along, but could he not have attended as a “foreign student” without the visa? I am doubtful he could have attended some of the schools he did if only affirmative action selection was in play.

I am not familiar with the process although I understand the foreign student visa is now subject to scrutiny by homeland security post 9/11. I did not think the classification back then required anything from immigration?

I have been on this forum for about 5 years. I have never seen anyone insult the members of freerepublic like this message “birftard”. Other than you, I am surprised noone called him out.

I don’t expect everyone to be a birther, but I do expect someone on this forum to respect our skepticism of obama’s past, without implying we are “retarded”. Honestly, I think his comment is not different from extremely liberal websites.

No college is going to grant a scholarship or other forms of financial assistance to a foreigner who is in the U.S but has no Visa to study here.
For example, Barack Obama Senior had to leave the U.S. without completing his doctorate because Harvard didn’t support an extension of his student visa.
If Barack Obama II registered as a foreign student, he had to have a student visa in order to study in the U.S.
