Philadelphia-area natives and Temple alums Hall & Oates will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next year, along with Nirvana, Kiss and Peter Gabriel.

Love Hall and Oates, but here’s a partial list of those NOT in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: Deep Purple, Grand Funk Railroad, The Moody Blues, Yes, Emerson, Lake, and Palmer, Chicago, The Moody Blues, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Electric Light Orchestra, Peter Frampton, The Zombies, Joe Cocker, T-Rex, The Doobie Brothers, the Guess Who, America, Roxy Music, Jethro Tull, Procol Harum, Bad Company, Three Dog Night, Blood, Sweat, and Tears, the Grass Roots, John Mayall, Mitch Ryder, Alvin Lee and Ten Years After.
