Daryl Hall has a show now: http://www.livefromdarylshouse.com/

It’s very good. We watched him perform with guest Joe Walsh last night.

They deserve it. Music of my youth. Love it! Their Rendition of “You lost that loving feeling” is a great one.

“Hall & Oates...along with Nirvana, Kiss and Peter Gabriel.”

All worth picks, IMHO. I was never a huge fan of H&O, especially their MTV-era stuff. But I do recognize they are a talented duo, and certainly showed their musical longevity over the years. Plus, I absolutely love “Sarah, Smile.”

Of the others...

-Pete Gabriel has always been a favorite of mine, and though Genesis was more interesting (if not commercially successful) when he was with them.

-I hated KISS as a kid because of all the cheesy marketing, but they are a solid rock band with some great tunes.

-As for Nirvana, I liked them, but didn’t love them. I get they were the face of alternative in the 90’s, but I’ve always liked Alice in Chains and Mother Love Bone a lot better as far as the Seattle/Grunge scene went.

Until Grand Funk Railroad is inducted, the Rock and Roll Hall of Shame is a joke.

They also inducted Kiss and the E Street Band.

FWIU, Hall & Oats is the most successful duo ever.

They aren’t in???

I truly did not know that. Hard to imagine the first American band (no pun intended) to have 10 straight platinum albums not being inducted by now.

Jann Wenner is such a wienerhead.
