“Anything more than the body actually uses just gets pissed away.”

“Same with beer, are you opposed to that for the same reason?”

I can absolutely not argue with that logic whatsoever. Amazing, the perfect argument has been found!

Eventually vitamins will be prescription only like they are in much of Europe.

Doctors will be monitored for the number of vitamin prescriptions they write. Just like they are in much of Europe.

The OTC vitamins will be the minimum RDA only, sold in bottles of only 30 and be extremely expensive. Just like they are in much of Europe.

Thank Codex Alimentarius when this happens. Your elite betters have only your best interests in mind.

It has been going on for years that pharmaceutical companies have worked to put nutrition supplement companies out of business. It's all about controlling the market by emphasizing treating symptoms instead of causes. With health insurance, pharmaceuticals are usually covered but supplements are not.

It's about making us sicker and more dependent. The other "scientific study" that was publicized has to do with getting rid of antibacterial ingredients in soaps! Does anybody seriously believe anymore that this is for our own good?

It do piss ya off doesn’t it?? just so you know, iodine is the mineral for your thyroid and your thyroid regulates metabolism. magnesium balances your blood sugar; both minerals do a plethora of good for us. I believe this is why we have an epidemic of obesity; not so much junk food, which does contribute, but the fact that we are hugely mineral deficient in the US.

Yep. They’ll say, “No one NEEDS vitamins, so if you want them we need to watch your health carefully for you.”

Thing is I looked at what I eat and came to the conclussion that alcohol was the main impediment to my weight loss.

I don’t eat processed sugar, can’t stand the after taste.

Don’t eat white bread, can stand the after taste.

Don’t use a salt shaker, can’t stand the taste of too much salt.

Already lost a belt size and all for doing nothing.

No, I stopped doing facebook because I find it is a time waster for me.

I usually use Nascent iodine....
Nascent iodine is a supplemental form of iodine thought to be more safe and effective than potassium iodide. Nascent iodine holds an atomic form of iodine with an incomplete number of electrons, giving it a high electromagnetic charge. The body can seamlessly absorb and utilize nascent iodine for metabolic and detoxification processes, making it more effective as a supplement for the body. It is expensive though! 36 dollars a bottle, but it lasts for months!

I use lugols for my dog

Got it.

I don’t do facebook either; it’s just that the fantastic yahoo iodine site ended up being so flawed due to yahoo’s antics, that it basically moved to fb.
