I just never could buy into the original premise.
Original premise of what? The show? The characters?
I think it is very well written.
I must admit I only saw the first half or so of the first show. I could not buy into the POW being turned thing, especially with “Captain Winter from Band of Brothers”. It just did not click with me.
No more of the whiney Brody or his daughter is Ok by me. Now if they could kill off Clare Dane and leave us with the Salieri guy we would be fine.
Seig Heil.
They lost me when Clare Danes’ character underwent electro-shock therapy yet continued working....
That's as bad as the head of the FDA whom has a Husband who is a Hedge Fund manager. Think that might be a bit of a conflict in interest when it comes to what Drugs get approved and subsequent share prices of the Pharma? Problem is this isn't a make believe scenario, Government at it's finest. Signed, Bitter Pharma Bag Holder
Much like a deflated balloon, the energy seemed to have gone out of the show.
Ugghh. Throw in spoiler alert!! I didn’t get a chance to see it last night
I stopped watching the first season. Its no 24.
I’m glad they offed Brody but is he really dead?
Sorry about that. Should have had Spoiler Alert in the thread header for those who DVR.
You could have put the spoilers in the body so that they wouldn't appear on the front page.
Homeland’s most hated character Dana Brody and mother Jessica ‘won’t return as series regulars’ in season four
Her angst-ridden character Dana Brody on Homeland has been called the most hated character on television.
And it appears the show’s producers have heeded fans’ calls to reduce her screen time.
According to TV Line, original cast members Morgan Saylor (Dana) and Morena Baccarin (who plays Dana’s mother Jessica) won’t return as series regulars in season four of the award-winning Showtime series
My daughter seems to think the rope was too high on his neck & Brody will show up in Istanbul, or wherever, after Carrie & Quinn finally become an item. Lol, that comes from years of Lifetime viewing. ...........
I think Saul will be heading up a mission next year. Gotta keep him plugged in.
Don’t know what to think about Brody. I like the matter of fact way the CIA explained why they didn’t extract him.
If he comes back it may be too much of a twist.
It’s carries show now and the number two CIA guy, but I think we’ll see much more of Saul.
Waiting to see where they take the plot.
Since I just got through with season 2, I am sadly learning a lot here. Spoiler alert should be in the title.
This guy wasn’t: http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20766679,00.html
Agree that Saul will be back. Carrie will need him & he will be go. They are yin & yang.
It has already been stated by the writers that Brody’s family will not appear in the show next season and they are no longer regular cast members of the show. They do imply that Istanbul is going full speed ahead.
