Do men really find these attractive? They look like balloons...but, I’m a woman...and I’m trying to shrink mine....sheesh. They will be ugly older women....
P.S. My cousin got a boob job, and subsequently got breast cancer and died a few years later....just sayin...

This is very high on the creepy scale. The dad is creepy doing this to his adopted daughters. The daughters are shallow and apparently incapable of a thought beyond admiring how beautiful they think they are. I’ve met women like this, and even when I thought they looked pretty (and easy), I ran away every time.

IIRC, it was once considered unethical for a Dr. to operate on or otherwise treat their own family members (except for emergency circumstances, of course)...
Clearly, medical ethics is devolving in some circles...
