I’ve got 40+ strawberry plants right now. Didn’t know they would attract bees, didn’t think about it.
STEVIA! STEVIA! I’ve got one since sockmonkey sent me one. Wonder if Lowes would have some? rightly, have you ever seen any there?

You can buy stevia plants but they’re spendy. I take a divot tray, put in seed starter, stevia seed that’s soaked in room temp or a little warmer water for a couple hours is laid on top and I sprinkle just a teensy bit of starter on top of that. Put those in one of those tray thingies with the clear humidity dome kind of top and keep them at room temp. It doesn’t have great germination but I usually manage to get 50%+.
Dill is fairly hardy and cilantro should be an all or most of the winter hardy plant where you are. I had it outside year before last and it got down to 16 here once briefly. It looked REALLY BAD for a week or so but perked right back up again once it warmed up a bit. It will grow in early spring and once it warms up a bit it will bolt like crazy. The leaves are ‘cilantro’ and the seeds you will get (in abundance!) are coriander.
Bees also visited my bolted radishes, arugula, and broccoli raab.

They probably do since it is heavily used in Texas. Bonny plants stocks Lowes, so they probably have it. Mrs Henderson’s seed co also stocks lots of Bonny.
I cant say about stevia, I had never heard of it till you made it famous on here.
Though I go to Lowes a lot, most trips are not to the garden center. My wife does the garden center clearance racks for the 50%-75% off specials. I do look at fruit trees in late winter and dream sometimes, but without lots of sun that is all I can do-dream.
If you want more lantana, take cuttings from it, or air layer to propagate. Or you can get cuttings from some of ours for different colors.
I bought a jar of Stevia in Kroger this past week. It’s where sugar is. Good for diabetes.
Using the plant, toss a waded up green leaf in a drink to make it sweet. Dry out the leaves, crush them up and use like sugar except remember the leaves are 300-400 times sweeter than sugar.
Kind of like your ghost peppers - only use a bit.

This is me, rightly - I don’t know how to take a cutting, what to do with it and have no idea what “air layer” is. I haven’t done this stuff before, remember I’m a newbie.
To see 5 or 6 of the open at once is a wonderful site. LOw maintenance, too. I have more, but they must be on videos.
Diana in Wisconsin went totally organic in her garden and developed a beneficial bug mix of seeds to plant near your veggies. I think there were six types of seed, but I only remember fennel and blue cosmos. I also recall that fennel had a lot of non-companion-plant relationships (causes some things to bolt and other stuff). I’m sure she would advise you but I don’t see her online much any more.

In your researching online for butterfly/hummer attracting plants, do not fall for Butterfly trumpet vine. It is highly invasive ans is considered a nuisance everywhere. I fought it for years in Al and refused to allow any to come to Texas with us. Any container found with it will be burned and reburned.
cilantro seed is fairly cheap. It doesn’t really like to be transplanted in my experience. It will go to seed like crazy too once it warms up so it’s easy to keep some going in cooler weather after you’ve had a plant or two go to seed.
I have volunteers like crazy in my raised beds. I grew it there one year and let it go to seed. It’s been there ever since.
