The report ta http://www.foxnews.com/us/2013/12/12/hawaii-health-official-killed-in-plane-crash/ says that the crash was reported by another pilot who saw the survivors in the water wearing life jackets. It said one body was found in the plane’s fuselage. What kept her from putting on her life jacket?
The pilot made no calls for help. Why not?
Aren't pilots supposed to file a flight plan? Maybe the FAA or NTSB have information on this (or maybe they were told to shut up)?
