Like he doesn't have the audacity to do this. As arrogant as the "lyin' king" is, I have no doubt there will be many attempts of doing end runs. Even if he lasts the full 8 years, it will probably take decades to undo the harm. Not to mention little poison pills that may be laying in wait.

I also think he will declare some form of “national emergency” and stay in office after the end of his 2nd term.

The emergency probably will be about the effects on the economy caused by the health care and insurance industry. (his view).
