I always looked askance and the claims Bill Clinton would do such a thing. With Obama, it's an obvious extension of his Malignant Narcissistic personality. I tell you now, it WILL happen.

There is no precedent under law for that and there is nothing in the Constitution that says he can. So why would he need a pretense?
If he tried anything like that I still believe he would be physically removed from office, at the point of a gun if necessary.
He’ll be gone in 2017. If not sooner.
