Cyclone Power Technologies is a company that is developing the Cyclone Engine which it describes as “a Rankine Cycle heat regenerative external combustion engine, otherwise known as a “Schoell Cycle” engine. It creates mechanical energy by heating and cooling water in a closed-loop, piston-based engine system.”
Dr. Kim is known in the LENR community as a collaborator with Defkalion Green Technologies, and has recently written a paper on the Defkalion theory along with DGT chief technology officer John Hadjichristos.

POMPANO BEACH, FL, December 3, 2013. Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (OTCQB: CYPW), developer of the all-fuel, clean-tech Cyclone Engine, announced today that it has added to its technical consulting and advisory team Dr. Yeong E. Kim, professor and Group Leader of the Nuclear and Many-Body Theory Group at Purdue University.
Dr. Kim is a nuclear physicist who has authored or co-authored over 200 scientific journal publications during his career. He received his Ph.D. in 1963 from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by a postdoctoral position at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Dr. Kim is currently Director of Purdue Center for Sensing Science and Technology (CSST), Group Leader of Purdue Nuclear and Many-Body Theory Group, and Professor of Physics at Purdue University. His main area of research has been theoretical nuclear physics, including the practical achievability of low energy nuclear reactions (LENR), or cold fusion. Dr. Kim has published widely on this subject, as well as condensed matter physics, atomic, molecular and optical physics, nuclear astrophysics, and quantum statistical mechanics. Since 1978, he served on advisory committees for numerous government agencies and international conferences covering diverse topics of nuclear physics. He has been a Fellow of the American Physical Society since 1977.
Dr. Kim stated: “I am very pleased to join Cyclone’s team. A growing percentage of the scientific community today is accepting evidence of anomalous heat effects occurring within low energy nuclear reactions. I believe this acceptance will speed-up experimentation in this field, with the goal of better understanding and controlling these reactions. If that is accomplished, I see the Cyclone Engine as being a major component in the next phase of product commercialization.”

I have concluded a long time ago that this is just a scam company that sells endless shares to gullible investors. I wouldn't put any stock into any press release they release.

I have seen this behavior in the civil aeronautics community. There are guys who publish and sell ONLY plans. No one knows who’s built the actual airplane.
And there are guys like Jim Bede who actually printed plans, built the airplane, and went into volume production on the promise that there would be a corresponding power plant, which never came to fruition.

And there are guys like Burt Rutan, who changed the face of the industry, even building an airplane that flew around the world on one tank of gas... but he isn’t a billionaire industrialist, as one would expect.

Is there an established theory of Cold Fusion, which has also been well described (amidst serious political opposition) over these 24 years? NO.
Who among us could unequivocally describe the theory of FIRE, which has been with us for thousands of years?
You can just go to their website and look at their press releases. You may be able to find a stock discussion board for the company, but I think they have been delisted.
Something doesn’t add up. Dr. Kim has a world class reputation. If these guys are scam artists, they wouldn’t have attracted such a talent.
It just doesn’t make sense.
Here is a link to their press releases which goes back to 2007. If you can find a press release where they actually sold something, I'd be surprised.
It seems Cyclone has not produced a single commercial device to date which means no product, no sales, no customers...sounds familiar.
Oh, they have sales and customers. They sell shares of their stock, and their customers are the investors.
Their last price was 4 cents a share. (wow)

Put yourself into the shoes of someone like Dr. Kim, world class physicist from [Cornell?]. Would you throw your hat in with these guys? Going back to my civil aviation example, that kind of thing NEVER happened. Why is it happening now?

It would seem that if this company had independent testing, they surely would have posted it. That makes them below Rossi in current credibility. Bummer.
It still makes ZERO sense that someone with the level of scientific cedentials like Y.E. Kim would come alongside them.

The AdamHenry*Bandwagon Index for CHF is High, while the AH*BW index for cold fusion is, yet again, low. Concern troll is very concerned when the AH*BW Index is low, but nonexistent when the AH*BW Index is high. Your concern is duly noted.
