The “Eating Off the Grid” is the most valuable food prepper book I have. There is so much more than recipes in there plus the recipes are for real using stored food, much of that long term stored food. She studied for years at Brigham Young Un., as a dietician and she is the most knowledgeable person I have found about eating off the grid and still have proper nourishment.
I have thumbed through the book pretty heavily, and I can see that I got a good value! I have already learned quite a bit! Thanks for beating the drum about it!
