the NFL has performed 'an aggressive review' of the play in question, where Tomiln appeared to intentionally get in the path of Baltimore kick returner Jacoby Jones on a could-be touchdown, forcing Jones to alter his route and run towards a Pittsburgh defender.
Steelers coach Mike Tomlin was caught by television cameras Thursday night with a big smile on his face after his positioning on a third-quarter kick return from Ravens receiver Jacoby Jones in which Tomlin had part of his right foot on the field as he watched the return on the video board with his back to the play forced Jones to cut inside, allowing cornerback Cortez Allen to catch up and make the tackle, preventing a touchdown. The Ravens scored a field goal on the possession and won 22-20.

Tomlins timing couldnt have been worse for him because according to FOX Sports, the NFL sent video the day before Thanksgiving to all 32 teams warning them about sideline interference.

Tomlin needs to go!
High school football we learned YOU CAN’T HAVE 12 MEN ON THE FIELD!!!
LOL. Sports are going to Hell.
Looked pretty blatant. He knew exactly what he was doing.
Maybe he could take lessons from Jason Kidd on how to spill Coke on the field.
It appeared intentional to me.
I thought maybe he was just a leftover guy from the Obamacare rally at Heinz Field?
When pro coaches start acting like scumbag Pop Warner coaches, its time for a change from the central office.
As if I needed another reason to dislike the Steelers.
Suspend him from the game for the rest of this season and the next and forfeit the rest of this season and no draft picks in the next draft.
The penalties have to really hurt him and the organization that hired him.
yep.
Rule 13 Non-Player Conduct

Section 1 Non-Player Conduct
RESTRICTED AREAS
Article 4
All team personnel must observe the zone restrictions applicable to the bench area and the border rimming the playing field. The only persons permitted within the solid six-foot white border (1-1) while play is in progress on the field are game officials. For reasons involving the safety of participating players whose actions may carry them out of bounds, officials unobstructed coverage of the game, and spectators sightlines to the field, the border rules must be observed by all coaches and players in the bench area. Violators are subject to penalty by the officials.
This seems extreme.
It isn’t like he told one of his players to hit him to spill coke on the floor to get an extra timeout or anything...
