Wisconsin authorities thought they could curb libidos at the state's nude beach by closing it on weekdays, but citation data shows the move just shifted the hanky-panky to the weekends.
The Department of Natural Resources issued 13 citations at the beach between June and early October this year. All were for sex, and 11 were issued on weekends.
Those numbers are down from 2012 totals, but wardens said the problem is far more prevalent than the numbers suggest. All the citations were issued during just seven days of surveillance and some people seen having sex ran off before wardens could cite them.
"There's no doubt there's more stuff going on," said Nathan Kroeplin, who supervises DNR law enforcement in Dane County. "There's definitely frustration. (The weekday closures) didn't really seem like it made that much of a dent."

Which brings me back to my campaign to reclaim the English language from the lefties.
What these folks do ISN’T SEX! It is sodomy. Stop telling us that queers and lesbians are having sex. They aren’t.
On the other hand, we (so-called straight people) need to reject the media’s use of that word (sex) to describe the unnatural actions of the “sodomite” crowd.
Just don’t accept their use of the word “sex” for the activity.
I will bet you dollars to donuts that the sodomites have taken over that beach. They will tell you to keep out if you don’t want to see fat fags wearing nothing but dog collars. That is what happened at Blacks Beach in La Jolla, CA.
Just wondering... I went to a nude beach in Europe in my younger days, just to check out the chicks. Unfortunately, there weren’t any. It was either fat old men or families with young kids.
I can’t imagine it’s much different in the US. I suspect that nude beaches sure beats visiting rest stops on the highway and tapping on the stall next to you...

So in 5 months they issued 13 citations? Given I am sure the beefed up patrols the nude beach has, I really doubt its an epidemic... If Public Parks, and Rest Areas got as much attention form police they would likely write that many in a single weekend.
Ya gotta keep an eagle eye out for these people, day after day after day. The eye-strain alone through the binoculars caused some of the officers to go blind.
Or maybe it was something else.
