Emergency trucks rushing to County Road 418...an oil plant has reportedly exploded. Reports up to 90 miles away of houses being shaken.

Explosion *UPDATE - According to multiple reports, a log cabin structure has exploded off FM 916 in Grandview. Grandview FD Station 75 is on scene. We will post more information when available.
