Cyclist Beaten in "Knockout Game" Attack Nationwide trend has led to several injuries and one death so far By Vince Lattanzio and David Chang
A cyclist is recovering after being beaten in what detectives believe is a "knockout game" attack along a Philadelphia street.
The male victim was riding his bike along the 900 block of Catherine Street in the Bella Vista section of the city just before 8 p.m. on Friday when he was randomly punched by a group of teens, police said.
After being hit, police say the cyclist asked the group -- made up of five teen boys and three teen girls -- why they hit him. Without answering, the group then continued beating the man.
The victim met up with police at Broad and Carpenter Streets following the attack.
Philadelphia detectives tell NBC10 they believe the teens were playing the "knockout game" when they beat the man.

It would have gone on for even longer without CNN mentioning it but someone screwed the pooch and beat on some jewish kids in Brooklyn last week. Since then this “game” is all over the media. I don’t have a single thing against jewish folks, but it’s blatantly obvious what’s going on. Someone somewhere is a jerk for that one!
That stupid idiot Geraldo found ONE—just ONE example of Asian yoots doing the Knockout and he dragged this up to prove that it’s not a “Black-on-White” hate crime.
Sometimes I wish the yoots of any color would knock out Geraldo.
Sure, as soon as Geraldo finds one non-black involved in this crime it becomes a major story, AND he mentions the perp’s race then.
I guess it’s way too much to hope that anyone in the media would look at how the “Great Society” programs essentially subsidized poor young girls having illegitimate children who grew up into these monsters.
