Now this is my kind of American. In a packed courtroom, 52-year-old Ernie Tertelgte told the judge I am a living man protected by natural law and I have the right to forage for food when I am hungry You are trying to create a fictitious, fraudulent action.
Charged with fishing without a license and resisting the arrest for fishing without a license, Mr. Tertegte says hes being wrongly prosecuted for trying to feed himself.
Tertelgte, 52 years old, was arrested on Monday and is accused of fishing without a license and then resisting arrest.

You need bail money? :-)
When the judge noted that he had pleaded not guilty, Terteltge countered, I never plead, animals plead, sounds like baaaa, oink oink. The back and forth exchange continued for a few more moments, and the hearing ended after both the judge and the defendant walked out.
This time, extra law enforcement officers were in court Tuesday and the proceedings happened without any outbursts.
Ping.
How dare he poach the Kings fish from his lake!
Thanks, I’m good but thought this was very interesting. Kangaroo court and a real American who understands that we have the God-given right to breathe, eat and exist as long as we respect the other guys rights to do the same.
Well said.
He had a very distinct way of speaking when he was in the court, which kind of threw me for a few minutes, but when he left he sounded a bit more normal. Did I hear that he had won similar legal battles in the past, and was not an employed or tax paying citizen?
Galt.
Story line is so-so interesting.
Our public servants have granted themselves ownership of everything within our nations borders including our bodies, that we are now being charged a fee to maintain or else.
I know just what he means. I stopped observing the fiction that the U.S. still exists as a Constitutional republic on Nov. 6th 2012 by taking down the Stars and Stripes and putting up a Jolly Roger in its place. It flies there still.
Nov.6th, 2012? A little late, weren’t you?
Late?
Yeah, you’re supposed to feel bad for holding out hope that long...

LOL Well, I don’t give up. I kept faith until the reality changed and the basis of the republic ceased to exist. Hope isn’t an action but I guess that still exists because I am now fighting to resurrect the republic.
I think we lost the “Constitutional Republic” thing quite a while prior to that date, IMO.
