Ironically there are more pro-life thrift stores and pregnancy centers in the US than there are abortion mills. Every one is staffed by volunteers and depends on private donations. None of them gets any government money, unlike Planned Parenthood, which gets lots of Federal and State money. And most of those private donations come from conservatives, not pro-abortion liberals.
The only consolation, and its cold comfort, is that most of those seeking abortions are leftists and the abortion will probably result in one fewer budding leftist in the world. This is not a justification for infanticide but simply a minor plus in a sea of atrocity.

Who runs the charities that actually take care of these children after they are born? Who runs the charities that take care of their mothers before they are born?
As far as I know there is only one leftist that actually is helping children and that is Marlo Thomas who is involved with St Jude's the hospital founded by her father.
Whether she would be involved if it wasn't her father's legacy is up for debate but at least she is doing something.
