Heard about this, the Zebras certainly get paid well for their limited workschedule.
Each week, a new cause of football bullying! /half joking
If he had said that about Phil Loadholt, he’d be right.
Boo frikking hoo. That doesn’t even budge my Give-A-Crap-O-Meter at all.
Probably doesn’t rise to the level of a thousandth of what those players say to the officials.
Awwww
IF this is true (and I doubt it) I wonder what the player said to the ref to prompt the statment. No way I believe a ref would just start calling a player names and trash talking him out of the blue for no reason at all. My bet is that there is much more to the exchange than we are getting here. In any event, when did NFL players start turning into a bunch of whining pu**ies. (sorry to paint with such a broad brush - I know the ones we are hearing from are a small group)
“Hey coach ! Does this jock strap make me look fat ?”
I dunno.
I can believe he was called a “FA” or garbage but both together doesn’t make much sense....
Don't know if I'd say anything negative about him while i was in the same stadium.
Geez, obviously the ref was talking about the deadskins as a team not his fat ass
so it’s okay to haze and harass your team mates in the locker because that’s part of the sport but it is not okay for a ref to make a statement of FACT (suck it up Trent) with out some over paid player getting their feelings hurt
oh puhhhhleeeez
I’m sure glad that NFL offensive lineman now can show us their sensitive side, and that we as a culture are now ready to embrace their openness.

He should spend more time on the web. I would say the ref was being timid. LOL
Big, dumb, tatted up, overpaid, verb challenged, etc.
I don’t believe this story at all. This guy would have had a fit on the field if anyone spoke to him that way. But if it is true maybe they should dress these guys up in tu-tu’s and have them perform the Nutcracker if they are such p*ss*ies.
By the way, I don’t even have to look to see what color the “official” is. It is obvious that he is not white because this would be the big story of the day.
America, where “er” can equal “a” if you are the right complexion.
In the 70's and 80's, this was unheard of. If a opposing d-player disrespected someone on the Skins offense like that, the whole line would take up for that player.
There seems to be no camaraderie on this Skins team. In fact, it seems it has been this way for years.
The Skins looked terrible yesterday. They got smacked around like red-headed stepkids. Trent Williams and the rest of that team should be more upset that they getted bulled - not bullied - around like they do. The offensive line is a joke. I don't see them winning another game this season.
I saw the headline and wondered how Treat Williams got into it with an NFL official. LOL. Always pays to read things twice.
Man...getting paid millions to play a game and he whines about supposedly being called “fat-ass garbage”. Maybe “lard-ass garbage” would be more acceptable. Toughen-up.
Oh noes! Someone called him a name?!?!??! Gasp... panting for breath... someone hug me, quick!!! That man needs a new mantra. Say the following ten times every morning before getting out of bed: Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never harm me.
What’s next mandatory sensitivity training for the NFL?
Being in Grammar School in the 50’s these clowns would have a nervous breakdown before their first recess is over.
