I sometimes think that the modern left is really the second coming of the old Phoenician goddess Ba’al. Ba’al was a fertility cult focused on sex and most “secular” leftist seem to be constantly focused upon sex as the be all and end all of every social problem.
It might be an instructive question to ask a leftist “Why do you worship sexual intercourse?”
Notice the key word “fertility”. Yes they were humping like monkeys but it was for “fertility”. High stillbirths, high infant mortality rate, and high childhood deaths. Women back then had to have 12 kids just to have 5 live past the age of 10. Now days women are aborting that number and having 3 or less children. Do you realize with our modern technology every woman could have a family like the Duggars? The people who worshiped this goddess would have at least seen the Duggar family as a blessing if not blessed by the “goddess”.
Now it's just all sex for the sake of orgasm. Basically empty, sterile masturbation that produces no life, and often death to the body and soul.
Because sexual intercourse leads to pregnancy and pregnancy leads to abortion.
And they worship abortion.
Because they worship death.
