For those not familiar, Reading makes Philadelphia look like a paradise. It is a sh%# hole ridden with criminals.
Train robbery? Now that is something I haven’t read about for a while.
Eric Holder's people have a civil right to pursue violent crime as a career path, and armed victims are an OSHA violation of that right!
Other sources say the shooter is in police custody, but no further info at this point.
I’m convinced that the voters in our cities keep electing the same people who don’t do anything about crime because a substantial number or city voters are either criminals, or are related to criminals. Safety is less of a concern than keeping themselves and their relatives out of jail and away from the lethal needles.
Just remember that the twin of gun liberty is the death penalty. Liberals hate them both. But even though, over the years, they have made the death penalty process terribly time consuming and difficult, even for the most heinous of offenders, gun liberty steps in to fill the gap.
When an armed citizen kills a violent criminal, no lawyer can plea bargain or get the case thrown out on a technicality. No juror personally opposed to the death penalty can prevent it. No judges personally opposed to the death penalty can create endless niggling arguments to delay or deny justice. No governor opposed to the death penalty can commute the sentence to life.
Legally, the death penalty can only be given to heinous murderers. But the armed citizen can be judge, jury and executioner of murderers, attempted murderers, armed robbers, unarmed burglars, kidnappers, rioters, looters, home invaders, car thieves, belligerent drunks and drug addicts and the insane, etc.
And there is no appeal, no leniency, no plea bargain, no pardon or parole or commutation, no lesser sentence, no, nothing, not. Not on this Earth.
So those opposed to the death penalty try to deny society justice. Justice finds a way.
He should just claim they didnt pay their fair share of the taxes by their theft. That should help ease the legal questions of his actions. (’
The two robbers were confronted by the private (now being described as concerned) citizen. They dragged iron, the citizen pulled his piece and proceeded to take out the trash.
District Attorney John T. Adams has ruled the shoot justifiable (and it is both in terms of self-defense and the stand-your ground law in Pa) and that no charges would be filed against the (in my book hero) citizen.
No description of the perps or citizen has surfaced, yet. You can bet if the perps are young, negro dads and aspiring rappers and the citizen is white or Hispanic, Al and Jesse might get involved if the price is right (which I doubt, Reading Pa is not only crime-ridden, it is poverty-ridden).
My bottom line: good shooting citizen, reload and carry on.
