Where did you hear that? That goes right in with the thought I have, that Obama WANTS the shutdown, AND the deficit, so he can spark riots with unfunded EBT cards... then when the cities are burning, use the Emergency Powers Act to become king for life.
In other words, if Boehner even did THAT... included AMNESTY... Obama would then say, "Yes... that's nice... but now I also want a total gun ban.".... and if Boehner brought him EVERYTHING, Obama would then say... "Very good... but now I want to seize the nations 401k programs."
