I know you wished me luck getting the “room” up. I have carrots and turnips in separate larger plastic containers on the deck. I think the squirrels are getting frantic so I’m putting net over them for tonight and moving them into the net room tomorrow.
I had taken the netting off the strawberries as they seemed okay, but I’m covering them tonight and will leave that net on from now on. I want all those strawberry containers on the deck up close to the house so I can deal with them when a freeze comes.
Wise to keep the strawberries close. Squirrels love them and will continue to root at the net till they get through if at all possible.
